• No Automatic Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our products, automatic refunds are not provided after download.

8. Lifetime Updates & Upgrades:

All future updates and upgrades included with the Resolve Master Bundle cover new packs, effects, and tools released as part of the bundle. Certain specialized files, including DCTLs (DaVinci Color Transform Language files) such as FilmX Emulation, are not included in lifetime updates or upgrades due to their unique technical structure and delivery method. If a DCTL is purchased separately, any future updates and upgrades for that DCTL will be included for lifetime. Access to DCTLs may also be offered temporarily for a limited period at the discretion of The Resolve Store.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajasthan, India.
